Our Story


Since 2013 we have been producing and publishing Christian weight loss devotionals, bible studies, cookbooks, meal plans, journals, workbooks and well, you get the idea.   We've done a lot in this field and we're seen it grow from a just a few books and programs to hundreds.

Yet, most Christians still haven't even heard of the concept.  This is something we wanted to help change.  To bring awareness to the many fine women of God (and a handful of guys) who have lead this movement and to the amazing work they are doing and the incredible results that have been seen.

We also wanted to help the those new to the concept to find the quality, tested, books and programs and weed out those that just hoped to cash in on a 'fad'.

This month's featured author is Cathy Morenzie who is celebrating the launch of her eighth! Christian weight loss book in August: Spirit-Filled & Sugar-Free.
