Another excellent book by Cathy. I am not one to exercise in fact I dreaded it, however this book has helped me to see exercise in a new way. It does not have to be a chore. It can be a form of worship I love how Cathy has broken this down to daily devotions but also encouragement. She was with me every step of the way. If you need to keep your mind focused on God and need support along the way, this just may be the book for you!
